COLORADO Clothing Optional and Nude Yoga

Clothing Optional and Nude yoga were very new when we started offering these classes in 2009.  We were one of the first pan-sexual clothing optional yoga classes on the front range of Colorado!

We strongly believe that stripping off your clothes and practicing yoga can help you find a deeper yoga practice.  This way of practicing yoga also helps you become more comfortable in your own skin.

While these classes are clothing optional or nude, there is nothing sexual about the practice.  The classes are slow and contemplative to encourage you to slow down and listen to your body.

I have been practicing yoga since 1994, teaching since 1997, and have 200 HR Teacher Certification and Liability Insurance.
