You go to a class once a week and sometimes do a little yoga on your own. So why would you want to pay for a private session?
In my private sessions, we can focus on your body and what you want/need to work on. While I do my best to watch everyone in my classes and offer physical and/or verbal adjustments, but I cannot address all of your needs in a class.
We can work on flexibility, alignment, balance, and so much more in a one-on-one private session.
Interested in learning more about pranayama (breathwork)? We can do that!
Have tight hamstrings and need help with stretching them? We can do that!
Want to work on more advanced poses? We can do that!
I offer these sessions in person in Denver. I have a small, private studio. If you are not in the Denver area, we can work together online via Zoom.
