Have you ever wished you could take your yoga teacher home with you so you could practice between classes? Well, now you can! We are offering Custom Videos. You decide what areas of your body or poses you want to work on, and we will create a video just for you. The video can be 15, 30, or 60 minutes long.
This process is fairly simple. Let me know that you want a video, and we will have an email conversation about what you want to accomplish. Once I have enough information, I will film your video and email it to you.
